Interpersonal communication is a communication process that occurs between two or more people, either directly or indirectly, with the aim of getting direct feedback. In the context of interpersonal communication, there are several distinctive characteristics, such as familiarity, mutual support, comfort, and trust, which are very important for building strong relationships. Salvator Barbershop is one of the most popular barbershops in Sidoarjo City, so they always need to apply the right marketing strategy to maintain and grow their business. In this research, we investigate how barbershops communicate with their customers and how they market their services. Bogdan and Taylor’s qualitative method was used in this research, which is a research approach to obtain descriptions of verbal and written processes and information from many people.
