The School Bystander Behavior Scale (SBBS) is one of the instruments that can measure the tendency of bystander students involved in bullying. This study aims to adapt the School Bystander Behavior Scale (SBBS) instrument into Indonesian and analyze the quality of its psychometric properties. Rasch model is used as the testing method on data obtained from 251 respondents who are 7th, 8th, and 9th grade students on junior high school which was selected using proportionate stratified random sampling. The results of the study indicate that the adapted instrument has sufficient unidimensionality and good reliability, but some items have low validity. Therefore, the instrument requires further review to improve its psychometric properties and performance.
