Design and Construction of Multilingual Learning Media Based on Website Using Rapid Application Development Method

This study aims to develop a web-based multilingual language learning media using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology. The goal is to create a flexible and interactive language learning platform for English, Mandarin, Russian, Arabic, and Japanese. Multilingual learning is becoming more important in the global world, a web-based language learning system is an innovative and adaptive solution. The research methods include planning, design, construction, and cutover, as well as usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) to evaluate the effectiveness of the system. The results show that the system meets user needs with an interactive learning experience, intuitive navigation, and integration with the Telegram communication platform to improve comprehension. However, there is still room for improvement in personalization and language content. Nevertheless, this system can be an innovative solution for web-based language learning.
