UD. ANDRE JAYA is an industry engaged in food production of large, medium, and small roses raw crackers since 2009. It is located in Simo Angin - Angin Village, Wonoayu District, Sidoarjo Regency. The production process uses a CKM-B cracker printing machine, with a working time of 9 hours and can produce 1350 unit output from the first period and the second period was decrease 11%. The method in this study uses work sampling and (OEE). The data collection method used is direct data certain time during the production process and the percentage of ideal / delay activities, standard output time and performance productivity on the machine. study will be used as a reference for companies to make improvements to the CKM-B type engine. From the results of the OEE study, the lowest value of 80.36% occurred in October, so the overall downtime experienced with global standard provisions of 85%,
