Strategies for developing a Culture of Quality in Islamic Education Institutions

Abstract

The quality of the educational institution is the main goal of the developers and managers of the institution. The form can be through the development of a quality culture. The strategy of developing a quality culture is a comprehensive endeavor that requires support from the leadership, on what is planned to produce an environment that is conducive to realizing the quality of the educational institution. This study aims to review or examine the results of previous research and conduct critical analysis related to research on strategies for developing a quality culture in educational institutions. The results showed that the strategy of developing a quality culture of educational institutions included 1) Focus on students, as students are the subject of education itself.2) Total involvement 4) Commitment  programs.5) Continuous improvement
