Since client loyalty is one of the elements that affect a company's performance, it has a significant impact on achieving a company's objectives and preserving its existence. The purpose of this study is to talk about customer loyalty seen from the price and service quality with satisfaction as a mediator at UD. Haji Nur. The sample collection method for this research uses the accidental Sampling approach. Sampling in this approach used the lemeshow formula with a total of 100 respondents. Using PLS software, findings were explained. (1) price has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty; (2) service quality has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty; (3) customer satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty; (4) price has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction; and (5) service quality has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction.
