Strategi Pemerintah Desa Dalam Meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Desa di Desa Bluru Kidul

The aim of this research is to analyze and describe the village government's strategy in increasing village income in Bluru Kirul village. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this research on the purpose dimension can be said to have a purpose. The environmental dimension can be said to be good. The direction dimension can be said to be good. The village government itself is quite optimal in providing encouragement and information on potential sources of income, which is due to the gap in numbers between village government officials and business actors. The action dimension can be drawn from an understanding that the actions taken by the Bluru Kidul Village Government have been reversed. However, it has not met the targets that have been set.
