AA.co.Store is a fashion business established in 2021 located in Sidoarjo. AA.co.Store has a number of product samples, namely: t-shirts, jackets and hoodies. This study aims for AA.co.Store to be able to improve product development using a marketing mix with IPA-QFD. The data collection method uses a survey by distributing two questionnaires. The analysis tool used is SPSS which is used to test validity and reliability to test IPA-QFD. Based on the calculations and data analysis carried out on the quality of AA.co.Store's services, conclusions can be drawn such as the level of customer satisfaction with the quality of AA.co.Store's services can be met, this is evidenced by knowing the contents of the answers to the questionnaire distributed to respondents using the SERVQUAL method did not show negative values on the AA.co.Store brand compared to other brands.
