The aim of this research is to investigate the relationship between Future Time Perspective and Career Maturity among final-year students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. The research method used is a quantitative correlational approach. The sample was selected using a quota sampling technique, with 162 final-year students as subjects. The instruments used in this study include an adapted Future Time Perspective scale from Subekti, with a reliability coefficient of 0.930 (p<0.001), and an adapted Career Maturity scale from Muslimah, with a reliability coefficient of 0.883 (p<0.001). Data analysis was conducted using the Spearman correlation test with the help of JASP 19.0 for Windows. The results showed a significant relationship between Future Time Perspective and Career Maturity among final-year students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo, with a correlation value of r=0.761.
