This research aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the Healthy Village Home Program in Panggreh Village, Jabon District, Sidoarjo Regency. This research method uses qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The location of this research is in Panggreh Village, Jabon District, Sidoarjo Regency. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the concept of Miles and Huberman theory, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that communication indicators that have been implemented vertically and horizontally are very important in realizing the goals of the Healthy Village Home Program. An indicator of confidence in the ability and dedication. In terms of indicators, an organized and collaborative bureaucratic structure in Panggreh Village not only functions to run health programs.
