This study aims to determine the role of public communication carried out by public relations of RT Notopuro Sidoarjo Hospital in improving the hospital's reputation through the Santri RS application. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, the sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data collection methods used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model, namely data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and conclusion drawing. This research uses the theory of Interpersonal Communication. The results showed that the Santri RS application innovation succeeded in providing access to transparent information, easily understood by all groups, so as to increase trust and a positive image of the hospital. With the basis of indicators, namely openness, empathy, support, positive attitude and equality, RT Notopuro Sidoarjo Hospital shows that interpersonal communication between public relations and the community through Santri RS innovation is quite effective.
