Abstract

This study investigates the effects of Trichoderma biofertilizer, formulated with tofu liquid waste, and different fertilization intervals on the vegetative growth of soybean plants. Conducted from December to February 2024 in Penambangan village, Balongbendo-Sidoarjo, the experiment used a Randomized Block Design with two factors: tofu liquid waste (without sterilization, heating sterilization, and filtering sterilization) and fertilization intervals (8, 10, and 12 days). Observed variables included plant height, number of leaves, root length, and wet and dry weights of the stover. Analysis showed that biofertilizer with non-sterilized tofu waste and an 8-day interval yielded the best results in plant height, leaf number, root length, and both wet and dry weights of the stover. This method shows promise for future field applications.
