This Study Aims To Describe the Class Management of Early Childhood Education Based on Group Learning at Al-Amri Integrated Islamic Kindergarten in Leces, Probolinggo. Al-Amri Integrated Islamic Kindergarten Has Implemented Class-Based Management by Applying a Group Learning Model as an Effort To Address the Problems Faced by Students. However, in the Implementation of the Group Learning Model at the Kindergarten, Several Issues Arise, Including the Diverse Levels of Abilities Among Children, Particularly Kindergarten Students, Who Have Different Abilities and Learning Styles. The Research Method Used Is Field Research With a Descriptive Qualitative Approach. The Results of the Study Show That the Teachers at Al-Amri Integrated Islamic Kindergarten Are Committed To Creating a Dynamic, Engaging, and Real-Life Relevant Learning Environment for Students. Concrete Steps in Early Childhood Class Management Based on Group Learning Involve Selecting Activities That Align With Children’s Learning Principles, Using Engaging Learning Media, Organizing a Supportive Play Environment, and Fostering Good Interactions During the Learning Process.
