Abstract

In the midst of the dynamics of current developments, education is not just about transfers knowledge, but also creates an environment that allows each child to develop optimal. One of the many challenges facing the world of education is the existence of bullying within the school environment. Bullying is not only a behavioral problem among students, but also poses a serious threat to the mental and emotional well-being of childrenchildren. The aim of this research is to provide a new product, namely the school of the future without bullying thus making the school a second home for students to learn comfortably and fun. And this research uses a humanistic approach method oriented and views humans as humans (humanization). and the results of This research is to build a child-friendly school without bullying, so there are things that things that must be done are: Collaborative parent and school programs, training.
