This research explores strategies for supporting students with special needs at SD MUMTAZ through a descriptive qualitative approach, including observations, interviews, and field documentation. The subjects of the study include school principals, vice principals, teachers, and special education teachers. The findings highlight SD MUMTAZ’s success in enhancing education and services for students with special needs, solidifying its reputation as a leading inclusive education institution. The school offers holistic and high-quality services, utilizing special supervising teachers and various therapies, such as Quranic therapy, bodywork therapy, and clinical therapy, to support student development. By engaging the entire school community, SD MUMTAZ not only attracts parents seeking inclusive education for their children's academic and non-academic growth but also serves as a model for other schools, inspiring them to create more inclusive and supportive learning environments.
