Abstract

In this study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture, work motivation and organizational climate on the performance of employees of PT. ROMI Sidoarjo Regency.  This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 125 employees. Taking samples through purposive sampling is in accordance with the results of the study, it is obtained: organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, organizational climate has a positive effect on employee performance, employee performance has a positive effect on employee performance
