The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and academic boredom. This research uses a quantitative method with a sample size of 183 students based on the Krejcie & Morgan table with a 5% error margin. The sample was determined using proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collection in this study uses two psychological scales structured in the Likert scale model adopted from previous research. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a negative relationship between self-efficacy and academic boredom. Data analysis in this study uses Pearson's product-moment correlation. The results show that there is a negative relationship between self-efficacy and academic boredom among adolescent students at Al Fattah Sidoarjo with a value of r = -0.231 and a significance value of 0.002 (p < 0.05). The higher the self-efficacy, the lower the academic boredom experienced by the students, and vice versa
