This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of Plavon Dukcapil online services in Rangkah Kidul Village, Sidoarjo District, by evaluating community satisfaction with the quality, speed and ease of access to services. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis uses Miles and Huberman's interactive model through collecting, reducing, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the productivity and responsiveness of Plavon Dukcapil operators is in accordance with the regulations and is optimal. However, service efficiency was not optimal because several documents were not completed according to the SOP, especially KTP and KIA. Although people are generally satisfied with online services, they find it easier and more helpful to provide direct services at the village office, especially elderly users who find the Plavon Dukcapil website a bit complicated.
