This research aims to describe the management of the science laboratory in supporting the science learning process at SMP Muhammadiyah 10 Sidoarjo, including aspects: planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating. This research uses qualitative research methods. The subjects in this research were the school principal, laboratory head, and science teacher. Data analysis techniques by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The conclusion shows that the science laboratory at school has implemented management according to aspects of science laboratory management, however the implementation and follow-up of the evaluation has not run smoothly due to a lack of laboratory staff. In this regard, laboratory administrators need to pay more attention to planning every aspect of science laboratory management so that it can support the science learning process. Future researchers are expected to be able to review in more depth the aspects of science laboratory management that influence the science learning process.
