Abstract

Teacher readiness is one of the key factors that can influence the success of inclusive schools. This study aims to measure the influence of psychoeducation on self-adjustment towards inclusive educational professionalism on teachers' readiness to face inclusive schools. The research method employed is quantitative experimentation. The population of this study consists of 34 teachers from Muhammadiyah 1 Waru Elementary School. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The research scale used is the scale of readiness of inclusive school teachers compiled by the researcher. The analysis technique used in this study is paired sample t-test using JASP software version 0.18. The results of the study indicate a significant influence of psychoeducation provided to the research sample (t(33) = -7.726; p < ,001). These findings indicate that providing psychoeducation on self-adjustment towards inclusive educational professionalism can enhance teachers' readiness in inclusive schools.
