Abstract

E-Commerce is commonly defined as an online purchase or sale transaction through the internet. Shopee Live is a live video streaming service that enables customers to purchase items and connect through Shopee. This study aims to determine the Student Perception of Shopee Live.This will focus on studying the student's perception of ShopeeLive. The descriptive qualitative research method. The researcher chose five informants from the Communication Science Study Program at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo.Of the 5 informants the Communication Science Study Program students are active Shopee users who wait for shopee live every time they shop.The results of the study showed that positive perceptions of the Shopee application were based on user experience in online shopping. Shopee has succeeded in attracting users' attention with the features provided such as shopeelive.However positive perceptions do not always have a direct impact on purchasing decisions because each individual has different preferences and experiences.
