Abstract

This research aims to investigate and describe the implementation of Al-Qur'an Learning using the Tilawati Method at MI Ma'arif Pagerwojo. The Tilawati method is applied with a focus on repetition and intonation in reading the Al-Qur'an with the hope of improving students' understanding, memorization and reading skills. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that MI Ma'arif Pagerwojo has implemented the Tilawati method seriously. Teachers are actively involved in providing instruction, applying repetition, and providing guidance on reading intonation. Students show a positive response and high enthusiasm for this method, increasing their motivation to read and memorize the Al-Qur'an. However, there are several challenges such as time management and intensive guidance for certain students.
