The aim of this research is to analyze teachers' difficulties and the efforts made by teachers in internalizing the independent character of the Pancasila student profile in inclusive elementary schools. The researcher used a qualitative methodology with a single case study approach on special accompanying teachers for inclusive students, class teachers and school principals. Data collection techniques use interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis methods used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research explain that the analysis of teachers' difficulties in internalizing the independent character of the Pancasila student profile in inclusive elementary schools is that there are many difficulties or obstacles, namely the personality or nature of each individual which is difficult to shape, the student's emotional level which cannot be controlled, self-adaptation from the environment, and parental factors.
