Electronic Medical Record are archive of patient information in digital format that is stored securely, and can be accessed by many authorized users. The aim of this research is to design an application for measuring the implementation of Electronic Medical Records which produces precise and accurate data and assists Medical Records officers in processing patient data. This research is development research by designing a web-based registration and service information system. The data collection method is carried out by means of observation, interviews and literature studies. The maturity level of Electronic Medical Records is at level 3 where nursing documentation for example vital signs, CPPT, nursing care is already in place. implemented using the system. Then the results of the application design trial showed that the majority of respondents stated that the design was user friendly or easy to use and could be implemented.
