Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of job satisfaction and motivation among psychology students at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo who are working and studying. Using quantitative methods and data collection mechanisms using questionnaires with research targets namely psychology students. Sample of 200 people with purposive sampling method. Factors that influence job satisfaction in this research include communication effectiveness, flexibility in doing work, opportunities for development, competitive compensation, appreciation of performance. The results show a relationship between the level of job satisfaction and motivation of 89 percent. From research, the factor that influences job satisfaction is harmonious work relationships, which motivate employees to work better. The conclusion of the research is that there is a relationship between job satisfaction and work motivation.
