This research aims to determine the relationship between achievement motivation and academic flow among even semester students of the 2023/2024 batch in the Faculty of Psychology and Education at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. Academic flow describes a condition where students are deeply immersed and enjoy their learning activities, characterized by increased concentration and comfort. A survey of 50 students showed that most of them face difficulties with concentration, boredom, and academic challenges. Correlation tests indicated a significant positive relationship between achievement motivation and academic flow (r = 0.495, p < 0.001). This indicates that the higher the students' achievement motivation, the higher their level of academic flow. These results emphasize the importance of enhancing achievement motivation to achieve optimal learning experiences. The research used quantitative methods with a sample of 205 students, employing a Likert scale to measure the variabels studied.
