Analysis of Character Love of Country Through National Songs in Students with Mental Disabilities
Analisis Karakter Cinta Tanah Air Melalui Lagu-Lagu Nasional Pada Siswa Dengan Gangguan Tunagrahita

Love for the homeland is loving the country and always participating in maintaining the integrity and sovereignty of the nation. However, for mentally retarded children, the character of love for the homeland has not been properly instilled. This study aims to analyze the character of love for the homeland through national songs in students with mental retardation. This study uses a qualitative case study approach. The subjects of the study were 1 male student and 1 female student. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study state that D is able to recognize the title of the national song independently and is able to understand the creator of the national song using the help of media and D is able to sing the lyrics of the national song. While N has not been able to know the title, creator and sing the national song.
