The research carried out aims to determine the influence of leadership style, compensation and work discipline on employee performance in village government in Jabon District. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study amounted to 154 respondents. The method used to carry out sampling is total sampling. The total sampling technique is a sampling technique where the number of samples is the same as the population of village government employees with the criteria of holding positions in the Jabon sub-district village government. And the analysis technique used is by distributing a questionnaire with 12 indicator items and 12 statement items.
