Abstract

This study aims to test biocontrol agent candidates including B. bassiana,M.  anisopliae and Trichoderma Sp.  in suppressing insects important pests on rice plants. The experiment used  a  split-plot design. As the main plot is the application of Trichoderma, while the child plot is the application of entomopathogenic fungi.  The observational data were processed using Variety Analysts at the level of 1% followed by the LSD test.Application of the fungi biological agent T.asperellum combined with B.  bassiana and M.  anisopliae  as an entomopathogenic fungi has a very real effect to protect the vegetative growth of rice plants by producing  the highest average of 99.92 cm, leaves of 65.46 strands, and saplings as much as 39.15 at the end of the vegetative period, 56 days after planting (HST) and reducing the intensity of orong-orong pest disturbances with an average of  36.46% to 5.21% and stem borer pests from 42.71% to 4.17%
