Abstract

Home security is something that must be watched out for considering the many incidents of theft and violations that can result in big losses for homeowners. This security system uses ESP32 CAM with the addition of NodeMCU 8266, MQ – 2 as a gas leak detector, ESP32 CAM camera as object capture in the form of images and NodeMCU 8266 as sensor output regulator Solenoid doorlock, Micro servo, Relay and Buzzer. From the 2 microcontrollers, notifications will be processed on the Telegram chatbot application. The results of system testing show that the camera can detect registered faces at a distance of 1 meter and send notifications to Telegram. The MQ – 2 gas sensor can detect a gas leak at a distance of 5 cm and then sends a notification fires to Telegram and response from Telegram chatbot commands to tool output average delivery duration is better at night
