Abstract

To develop an educational institution, especially a vocational school, it is necessary to have good management from the institution. One of them is State Vocational High School 1 Gempol which has several departments such as Visual Communication Design, Computer and Network Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering, Motorcycle Engineering and Light Vehicle Engineering. The vision of SMKN 1 Gempol is to realize graduates with national and international standards with an entrepreneurial spirit, an environmental culture and noble morals. Global needs that tend to have educational outcomes that are able to compete in the world of work globally. With these needs, the leadership of the principal must of course respond quickly in order to be able to increase the competitiveness of the Indonesian nation in the midst of global competition.
