Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of educational quality development that focuses on the quality of graduates based on total quality management in the era of disruption at the Darul Firi Integrated Islamic MA and to analyze empirical indicators that are the key to successful implementation of TQM. The method used in the research is qualitative phenomenology where the researcher obtains data based on interviews, questionnaires and also documentation of the research phenomenon. The results of the research show that the Darul Fikri Integrated Islamic MA has implemented TQM-based quality development according to TQM success indicators. The new finding in this research is that the implementation of TQM according to TQM success indicators and good supervision from the leadership will strengthen the quality of the institution.
