Abstract

UD. Usaha Jaya is a company that produces baking pans made from aluminum plates. UD. Jaya's business can produce around 700 baking pans in various shapes per day. This research aims to analyze and identify hazards during the baking pan production process. This provides an alternative, namely making UD. Usaha Jaya can produce baking pan products while still paying attention to safety aspects and risk levels. The HAZID method consists of, firstly identifying hazards at work stations, secondly determining the likelihood and severity scale for each work station, thirdly determining risk control measures for activities at work stations that have a high risk level. The results of the research are the risk level of each work station. And the highest risk level is at the cutting process work station, namely 5 work accident risks which are categorized into 3 risks, namely low risk, 1 medium risk, and 1 high risk.
