This research aims to examine (1) How the madrasa head's transformational leadership at MTs SA Tarbiyatus Shibyan Guyangan Krucil Probolinggo (2) How the Madrasa Head's transformational leadership improves teacher performance at MTS SA Tarbiyatus Shibyan Guyangan Krucil Probolinggo. The approach applied in this research is a case study using qualitative methods. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and document analysis. Research findings indicate that the transformational leadership of the Head of MTs SA Tarbiyatus Shibyan Guyangan Krucil Probolinggo is able to improve teacher performance in four main aspects, namely professional knowledge, carrying out professional duties, carrying out learning, and assessing learning outcomes. Madrasah heads are able to create a work environment that stimulates innovation, creativity and continuous improvement. The research findings show that transformational leadership has a very important role in improving the quality of education at MTs SA Tarbiyatus Shibyan Guyangan Krucil Probolinggo.
