Abstract

This research aims to analyze teachers' perceptions in implementing digital story media as a bridging medium for teaching and learning activities at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Sidoarjo. This research highlights the teaching process using digital story media by teachers from the aspects of challenges, benefits, skills and opinions from the participant's perspective. Using a qualitative descriptive research type, the participants in this research were three teachers who had implemented digital story media in their teaching activities. The methods used are interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The results of the research show that teachers at SD Muhamadiyah 1 Sidoarjo are used to creating DST media, so that many indicators have been met. Participants have a positive perception of learning media, there are still aspects that are not suitable for existing digital story media, duration and editing are one of the problems that still occur.
