Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Multi-Matobe learning model assisted by comic media on critical thinking skills in Civics learning. Critical thinking is an important thing in facing competition in the 21st century. Civics learning is a subject that leads to the formation of tolerance attitudes and multicultural values to students. The research design used True Experiment Design with the Pretest-posttest Control Group Design. The population of this study were all third grade students of SDN Pucang 1 Sidoarjo. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of Multi-matobe assisted comic media on critical thinking skills of third grade students in learning Civics. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an effect of Multi-Matobe assisted comic media on critical thinking skills.
