Abstract

English is becoming popular all over the world. Interpersonal communication and self-motivation are one of the influencing choosing decisions. EF Adults saw a rise in the number of pupils. The objective of this research is to determine the effectiveness of consultant communication and self-motivation on the decision to choose EF Adults Indonesia Surabaya Branch. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, utilizig a sample of 118 responders determined by the Slovin formula. Random sampling is the method used for sampling. Data were collected through documentation, questionnaries, and interviews. Furthermore, the data was analyzed by multiple regression. The studys findings indicate that interpersonal communication can be beneficial at the same time and self-motivation variables on the decision to select EF Adults Indonesia. Meanwhile, partially, the consultant interpersonal communication variable is not effective compared to the self-motivation variable which is effective in the decision to select EF Adults Indonesia.
