The purpose of this study is to ascertain wheter the method of communication between staff members and teachers at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Candi Labschool UMSIDA has been running well or not. A quantitative descriptive strategy is used in this study. There were 36 respondents in the studys population and sample, consisting of all employees and teachers. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires, accompanied by interviews and obsevations. In this study, the data analysis method employe dis descriptive statistics. The results of this study show that the communication system that occurs between employees and teachers runs very well. The researcher gave recommendations to the school, namely that schools can further develop the communication, in order to maximize employee and teacher management. It is hoped that researchers will be interested in conducting further research on a mini audit of communication between school and student guardians.
