Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and understand the motivation for public services in population administration in the Lemujut Village Government, Krembung District. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach research method using primary and secondary data in the form of written sentences obtained through interviews, observation, documentation, and obtained online from websites and journals. The third indicator is the sense of empathy of officials in Lemujut Village, which according to several local residents is related to the problem of unequal aid. The fourth indicator, namely Sense of Sacrifice, the apparatus has understood its main duties and functions as a provider of public services. However, the implementation of indicators of responsibility for duties according to the community is still less than satisfactory.
