This research investigates the productivity and profitability of UD. Lontong Irfan, a company established in June. It focuses on the period from September, when the company received 500 orders, to October, when orders declined, leading to a decrease in profits. The study aims to assess productivity and profitability based on changes in labor, material, energy, capital, and total input. Using various indices and evaluating price improvement, the analysis reveals stable labor productivity despite increased wages. Material profitability has risen, but productivity decreased. Energy and capital productivity remained steady without a decline in profitability. Though total input productivity dropped, profitability increased, underscoring the complex influence of input variables on overall company performance.
