Implementasi Program Informasi dan Komunikasi Publik Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Sidoarjo

The Department of Communication and Informatics of Sidoarjo Regency plays a crucial role in public information and communication, encompassing areas related to development, social issues, and the local economy in Sidoarjo. Through the established information and public communication programs, the aim is to generate reliable information and ensure responsive two-way communication. Government affairs should priority good of policy implementation. Evaluating implementation process of the information and public communication programs can serve as a basis for program management improvements. For evaluation purposes, researchers are using the implementation process model by Edward III to assess the quality the information and public communication programs implemented by Diskominfo Sidoarjo. Consequently, the research findings can serve as a reference for revitalizing Diskominfo programs, aiming to enhance public trust and improve public policies.
