This research aims to explore the interplay between emotional intelligence and family social support with the psychological well-being of guidance and counseling teachers at the high school level in Sidoarjo Regency. Employing a quantitative correlational method, the study targets a population of 160 guidance and counseling teachers. The sample size, determined using Krejcie Morgan's table with a 5% error rate, consists of 113 individuals selected through accidental sampling. Measurement tools for emotional intelligence, family social support, and psychological well-being are adopted from previous research. Multiple linear regression analysis is used for data analysis. The results indicate that emotional intelligence and family support significantly contribute to psychological well-being (F=35.509, p-value<0.001). This study underscores the substantial roles of emotional intelligence and family social support in determining the psychological well-being levels of guidance and counseling teachers.
