The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and quarter life crisis in college students. To achieve these objectives, this research method is quantitative with a population of 10,296 students and the sample taken amounted to 347 which was determined based on the Isaac & Michael table with a tolerance of 5%. Sample determination using stratified random sampling technique. The variables in this study are self efficacy and quarter life crisis. Data collection in this study used a psychological preparation scale Likert scale model for the self efficacy scale and quarter life crisis. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a negative relationship between self efficacy and quarter life crisis in UMSIDA students. The results showed that there is a significant negative relationship between self efficacy and quarter life crisis (r = -0.945, p = 0.000 <0.05).
