Unsupervised use of social media can have a negative impact on student learning motivation. This research aims to measure the relationship between the intensity of use of social media Tik Tok and the academic learning motivation of elementary school students. This research uses a correlational quantitative approach. The total population in this study was 100 students, then the Krejce Morgan table was used to determine the sample so that a sample of 80 students could be obtained. The sampling technique used in this research was accidental sampling for students in grades 4, 5 and 6. The research instrument used the learning motivation scale and intensity of use of Tik Tok social media used by previous research. The data analysis technique uses Pearson correlation product moment The results of the analysis show that there is a negative relationship between the intensity of use of TikTok social media and students' learning motivation
