Faktor penting dalam pemeliharaan ikan pada aquarium yaitu ketepatan waktu dalam pemberian pakan ikan. Kebanyakan pemelihara ikan khawatir terhadap pemberian pakan dan kondisi air pada aquarium yang harus dilakukan setiap hari. Maka dari itu dibuatlah alat pemberi pakan ikan otomatis dan monitoring ketinggian air aquarium berbasis telegram, untuk mempermudah pemelihara ikan dan pemilik aquarium dalam memberikan dan memonitoring pakan ikan secara otomatis sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan. Adapun untuk memonitoring sisa pakan serta ketinggian air pada akuarium dilakukan melalui telegram. Komponen yang digunakan pada alat ini yaitu : Esp 8266 sebagai mikrokontroller, RTC sebagai pengatur waktu penjadwalan pakan ikan, Ultrasonic sebagai pendeteksi sisa pakan ikan, JSN-SR04T sebagai pendeteksi ketinggian air, LCD untuk menampilkan waktu dan tanggal serta notifikasi dan motor servo berfungsi untuk membuka dan menutup tempat pakan ikan
