This research aims to provide an overview of the company's performance at PT Berkah Berabu Limpah using the Balanced Scorecard method. The Balanced Scorecard is one of the measuring tools used to measure company performance. This research uses a qualitative method with the type of research using descriptive data collected in this research coming from two main sources, namely primary data and secondary data. The research conducted shows that company performance uses the perspectives contained in the balanced scorecard, namely the Financial Perspective, Customer Perspective, Internal Business Process Perspective, and Learning and Growth Perspective. From the results of this research, it shows that the four perspectives in the Balanced Scorecard at PT Berkah Abundant Limpah are in a "good" condition.
