Abstract

Siwalanpanji village is located in Buduran sub-district, Sidoarjo district, East Java province. In this village, it is often late to pay the cleaning staff, because the administrators are late in depositing to the village, the collection of fees is still manual using paper and distributed to residents' homes. This is the duration of the collection of garbage fees. Based on the problems found, a solution to the problem found is to design a web-based garbage fee application that can run on various browsers. This application is designed using Web Development Life Cycle which will go through the process of data collection to application design. This application can collect payment data, collect dues with notifications, support online payments, send proof of payment with notifications. The final result of the implementation process in the form of PHP, JS programming, and test results using black box. With this web application.
