This research aims to determine the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) policy at SMP Negeri 3 Krian, Sidoarjo City. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research form. The method used is a qualitative method. Data collection methods are carried out by reviewing legislation, interviews, observations. The data analysis method uses data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. In this study, in determining informants using the Purposive Sampling technique, informants were randomly determined according to the relevant information. The Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) is one of the government's policies in an effort to equalize education. The purpose of this PIP is to help with the school fees of underprivileged students from elementary school (SD) to high school (SMA). The results of this research show that the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) Policy at SMP Negeri 3 Krian, Sidoarjo City is still not not optimal in its implementation.
