Simulation is a process of imitating a real object, which is similar to the real situation. With technological developments advancing very quickly, VR is now a developing technology. The aim of this research is to create a Virtual Reality-based submarine simulation application called KMVR. In this research, 2 submarine room objects were created using Blender3D and there were 2 objects created, namely the torpedo room and the officer's room. The method used in developing a simulation of how submarines work in torpedo reloading is MDLC. In order to know that the application can run as desired, a test was carried out in this research using a black box testing method, according to the results obtained the application can run normally as desired. From the research results, a VR application was produced that can be used to simulate the workings of a submarine in reloading torpedoes before launching based on VR.
