Covid 2019 has had a major impact on the stability of the financial condition of banks around the world including Indonesia, banks are required to maintain financial stability and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah is able to maintain financial health with assets owned and good funding and financing management so that profits continue to grow despite the pandemic. Almost all banks experienced a decrease in profits due to a decrease in financing and funding, especially TPF, but this did not happen to Panin Dubai Syariah Bank based on financial data for 2017 - 2021 Panin Dubai Syariah Bank experienced fluctuations in TPF, and Tijarah Financing has decreased but profits have continued to grow steadily every year that grow 67% in 2020. For this reason, researchers want to know the effect of TPF and Tijarah Financing on the Profitability of Bank Panin Dubai Syariah 2017-2021.
